Mr. Onesimus Blankson is an astute banker with over fifteen years of experience in the banking industry. He has a strong passion for quality customer service, problem solving and a commitment to a strong operations work flow process in banks. He started his banking career at GCB Bank Limited working at various branches across the country and in diverse positions as a teller, personal banker, credit officer, systems administrator, back office officer and deputy branch manager. He continued at HFC Bank Ghana Limited as the Operations manager at the Head office branch, Ebankese. He was appointed as the Business Manager at the Ridge branch driving both business and operations teams to achieve targets continuously for three years.

A product of the University of Cape Coast, Onesimus graduated with a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Education. He is a Certified Credit Administrator (MSME) and has completed the Intermediate level of the Chartered Institute of Bankers program. To his credit, he has been the recipient of outstanding customer service and business achievement awards.

He has also attended numerous courses and training programs on Operational Risk, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Service, Advanced Leadership and Performance Management.
